The all-inclusive options had a large variety of food and drink.

The guest room interiors were dated. The decoration seemed worn. The balcony overlooked bins. It really detracted from the overall ambiance (not what i expected from a five-star hotel).

Wonderful Stay, Excellent Amenities

ramp access gluten-free choices coastal walk

The hotel has ramp access and lifts to the room for wheelchair accessibility. I also noticed allergy warnings and gluten-free options at the restaurants. The coastal walk down to the harbour is easily accessible from the hotel.

The pool bar closes a bit early at 6:30 pm, a little frustrating when the sun is still shining.

the food selection was really nice. there was a different theme each night, so i always found something new (especially the themed nights). the diner was fun and retro, i loved the milkshakes there. the staff was very cute, always ready to assist me.

The entertainment room could be bigger. more audience seating would be helpful. the evening shows were repetitive and the same as my previous visits. the italian restaurant portions were small and the service was slow. I was there for over 2 hours.
